Our Process
At Buffalo Infrastructure, we follow an evaluation process to ensure that our sites pass several hurdles such as wind resource, partner, grid connection, partner demand, common vision, and supportive stakeholders and community. We start with a comprehensive energy to assess a site for resource and economic suitability. Then, we design a customized solution that fits the needs of the site. We engage in local consultation and proceed through the appropriate permitting and approval process depending on the project parameters. A short construction period begins after permitting is approved and the system is energized to provide power to the offtaker.
